This Privacy Policy describes how finseeka, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our websites, applications, or use our services provided via finseeka.com, including any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Sites"). Before you can use the finseeka service, you must expressly acknowledge and consent to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, which can be accessed at our Terms of Use.

It includes your name and work and personal email addresses, mobile phone numbers, employee identification number and other information associated with you. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain inquiry information, analytics information and Contact Information for the duration needed to support our ordinary business activities operating the Sites. Thereafter, we will still retain it as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish and defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.
We will retain customer information in accordance with the customer's instructions and only while the customer uses the finseeka services. Upon the termination of the agreement with us for the provision of the finseeka services, we will return or delete your customer information, unless we are required to retain such information under applicable law.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) when you use our Sites.
- Essential cookies. These cookies are required for our Sites to function. They support log-in, session management, and request security. They cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Sites and to improve our services. Analytics cookies collect information such as pages visited and time on site. When a customer uses or wishes to use our finseeka services, we collect contact details of its representative, such as their email, phone number, and company, login information, and other relevant information relating to the existing or proposed business relationship between us and the customer (collectively, "Contact Information").
We collect and process your Contact Information when you engage us to use our Services. You are not required to provide us with your Contact Information, but if you do not share this information with us, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide you with services.
We process your Contact Information and the Personal Information of customer end-users in order to provide the finseeka services to customers and to:
- Enhance user experience.
- Understand user interactions and analyze usage patterns.
- Provide personalized content and targeted advertising.
- Improve the overall quality and performance of our services.
7. Analytics
We may use the following third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Sites.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Sites. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Sites available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Our Sites and services may contain links to third-party sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. 10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. You can make choices about our collection and use of your information. You can control your Personal Information that finseeka obtains, and exercise your data protection rights, by contacting finseeka or using various tools we provide. For example, you can:
- Use the "unsubscribe" links contained in our email messages to stop receiving product or promotional offers from us via email.
- Prevent the website from obtaining your location by disabling location services on your device. However, doing so means you may not be able to use the website.

finseeka does not sell your Personal Information, including as "sale" is defined in Nevada and California. We also do not "share" your Personal Information as that term is defined in California. 12. Privacy Disclosures to Residents of the European Economic Area
These Disclosures apply only to our processing of personal data within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") from one or more of the European Union Member States plus Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway and the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (together known as the "European Economic Area" or "EEA").
EU Resident Rights under the GDPR
As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have certain rights with respect to the processing of your personal data, including:

Storage and Processing of Personal Data
We store and process personal data of EEA residents in the EEA or other countries recognized as having adequate privacy standards by the European Data Protection Board. If we must transfer your personal data to another country, including the United States, we will do so pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized mechanism, derogation or consent.
